(2nd Draft) Digipak CD Panel

As with the back cover I wanted to add some more photography to this digipak panel, so as with the back cover I am going to use some of the photographs from the poster shoot as well as images from the original digipak photo shoot.

So here is my second and final draft of the CD panel, I have added an image of one of the walls I had taken a picture of during the poster shoot, and I have also added an image to the CD which is one of the images from the digipak photo shoot. The Photoshop techniques used are masking and overlaying of images. I am happy with this final result.

(2nd Draft) Digipak Back Cover

I wanted to add more photography work to my digipak design, so I have added one of the images for the digipak poster into the background of this panel, I think it works very well and makes it look more urban.

This is now my final digipak back cover.

Digipak Poster (3rd Draft) Final

This was the image I have decided to use for my 3rd and final draft of the Digipak Poster. The picture is good in terms of the detail and it will work well with the design, however as you can see there is some shadows from trees on the wall, this is okay as I can work around it and try to hide it in the final poster as much as possible.

Here is the edited image:

I have been able to hide some of the shadows and most importantly I have brought out the detail in the wall and the cracks and imperfections which will look good when the text has been overlayed on-top of the background.

Finally I have added the text and the icons, this is the final draft and final digipak poster design:

Digipak Poster (3rd Draft)

After the 2nd draft I wanted to make sure I was able to get a similar image to the original design, so I went out and took some more images however this time I made sure to take images of a white wall as when I was making the image black and white there was too much black in the image and it was ruining the style and the look of the poster design.

So I went out and found a white wall which was large enough and here are the results:
