From this research it has shown me the trend of the way artists are presented on websites, this being with a simplistic design and with infomation about shows and the latest albums or singles that the artist has release. It has also helped me to understand that the genre is something that has a huge influence on the themes and the style of the websites for example Skepta's presented lots of British themes and the genre that he falls into is a British originated and popular British genre (Grime).
This has helped me to understand different things that will impact the way a website needs to presented such as the genre, this is helpful for when we create a website for our artist and helps me understand how to create an effective website.
What needs to be included in my website:
- Stylish house/design style that also relates to the genre of music
- All relevant information about the artist and the Digipak details
